2 sets sleeve labeling machine for bottle

These 2 sets sleeve labeling machine we made for our Ecuador customer for their bottles labeling, customer has 2 different sizes bottle 500ml and 1000ml, before they put labels onto bottles manually, and the manual using sleeve label size and bottles are as below:

500ml bottle diameter 69.41mm and height 180mm, the corresponding label length 208mm and width 112.5mm

1000ml bottle diameter 86.78mm and height 230mm, the corresponding label length 255mm and width 142.5mm

Through our checking, for automatic application on machines, the label sizes need to do some adjustement, 500ml label width adjusted to 112.5mm and 1000ml label width adjusted to 143.5mm, and we made the label samples here for testing accordingly, revised sizes are applicable.

And for 2 bottles labeling on the same set machine, we made an extra set central pillar as the spare parts.
